Okay .... I'll post. Scout (my Scout) ... your father is one of my heroes. And this photo just levels every thought I have at this moment. So much history, so much effort, so many new accepting baskets of respect. Your mother ... I never met her, but Lee carries her with him everywhere and we all feel it. It's obvious. She was there. Merna was right there beside you and I can see it in your father's smile. Too easy. I'm babbling, but .... Happiness conjures the spirits of the ones we have loved. I'm not sure how to cap off this entry, but the love in this photo does it for me. My bride and her father walking towards me ... what else? Truly, what else?
