Mr. and Mrs. Scout & Navigator!

Wow. That was Saturday. Today is Wednesday. So much processing. Stories to follow; just wanted to post something.

The 'blog remains open! Can't even BEGIN to attempt to thank everyone for everything, so I'll just wait. Too much love to express. Wow. No, wait ... WOW-WOW-WOW.

I hope there are lots of photos to come--the Hoffmans forgot their camera! How stoopid, it was the best day of the year!!!
We love you guys!

Here we go....a flood to-be of grateful folks trying to express how this weekend was beyond anything they knew could happen. I myself nearly lost it trying to describe to dear friends the emotions I went through and continue to go through.
THANK YOU SO MUCH for all of it, and that's to everyone I can't begin to list who were involved. Of course Scout and Navigator, but also Helen and Gary, the Fales, all the folks I hung with for 4 amazing days..... This one straddles into the festival-type, mind blowing events I half remember from years past. There are not enough words, love, and general gisonheço á bué :) É super fixe e mt kida :p

Amo-te muito*

What a great picture!!! Caught in a moment of love & delirium on the golf cart & the prairie ... as so much joy begins to settle in ...

I, too, have a heart so full & yet miss everyone beyond anything I could have imagined. This time with you all, in the event of Scout (my sweet sistah!) & Navigator (my new bro!!) coming together, is beyond anything I've ever felt. You are all in my heart, so profoundly, & I miss the circle of us so completely present in those five days.

I hold you near & dear. Great love to all.

This photo perfectly captures the spirit of the day. The glorious Festival of Love.

I'm still trying to digest what happened last week. It's just too big to swallow whole.

Corona, you blew me away. I was overwhelmed by your spirit. SQSD & Beth, what a pleasure to be in your company. And what lovely girls you have. Buggy & Buggysgal, keep on keepin' on. Ryan is a joy to behold. Ceester, you a gracious blessing upon the earth. Ed Breakfast, I'd sing Roger Miller tunes with you any time. Miss Kitty, you are a pure delight. Ditto for Hannah. Franz, keep your pants up, Dude. Everyone else I don't mention by name, you guys rock.

What a brilliant, talented, warm & wonderful group of people.

Scout & Navigator, what can I say? Your love pulled it all together.

Well, I'm not used to such exuberance & affection from virtual strangers. Debbie tells me I have great qualities, but it usually takes me by surprise when other people take such a shine to me. I'm never quite sure how to handle it. So, if I tensed up, that's why. I certainly enjoyed the chance to spend some time with you. Sorry we had to take off before you made it back to the hacienda on Sunday. We missed a chance at a goodbye squeeze. If you ever want to come to DFW, let us know. Bring BGGG along. We'll have a great time.
