The Rapture Accelerator (Stage 1)
Here's a current update on the progress of the Rature Accelerator. Two days into it at Cannon River Machine (AKA Buggy's Shop) -- Buggy built the frame, poured the material and ran the vacuum lines. I did some base building and screen adhesion. Since many predict the rapture to happen sometime between 2007 and 2012, we've been putting in extra hours to "Get 'Er Done" in hopes that we can have those folks flying out of here by the Summer of 2006.

Do we have to wait that long? I know perfection takes time, but can't we send them off by New Year's? Please...
Hey RevBoJo.... if you bring Perry for The Burning, we could get a jump on it that very weekend. I could begin a grassroots door-to-door effort (while you guys work on the Accelerator) to round up some local evangelicals for first flight experimentation.
Do you think you could make up some official clergical-type award certificates to offer up for the volunteered Rapture Crew? The RC could then leave them with their families to frame and talk about at Bible studies & prayer groups when they don't return which will only serve to advance our harvest for the next flight. If things go well, I could also set up a Rapture Travel Agency to book flights.
Buggy & Navigator .... what do you think the ticket price should be? ..... and don't tell me "their souls". This is about retiring in comfort.
$20K per seems reasonable to me.
