Baby's First Crash


Meet Mitchell.....son of Chuck & Kirsten .... little trooper. We just celebrated his first birthday a couple weekends ago. Ow. I mean, whoa, OW! First steps are hard. Remember? Hmmm.... I guess lots of steps are hard and some days it just keeps comin'. Welcome to the oft cold, cruel world, Mitch. We'll be here for you! Totally!

Mitch looks pretty happy for a kid with serious rug rash on half his face. That's the great thing about little kids--they forget about it and move on.

Not in Buggy's case, there isn't. Just for the record, I'd like to start a tally of head-injuries Buggy has been the bearer of. He'll have to finish it because I can only remember a few:

1) Older brother, Randy, clobbered him with a baseball bat.

2) Fell off the roof of garage, landed on head

3) Over the handlebars of dirtbike into railroad track

4) Over the handlebars of a snowmobile into a telephone pole

What else, Buggy?

Buggy sure would look safer in one of those gold football helmets like Jack Nicholson had in Easy Rider! Maybe you should wear one for the ceremony, Buggy!?
