Meet Allis-Chalmers, New Garden Tractor

This Hot-Rod Tractor's got a 22 horse V-twin motor with competition steering-wheel, hydro-static drive, turns on a dime, and basically mows the shit out of stuff ... including poor Bob.

OK, Ed. Point taken.

The new Siglewjen "lawn tractor" IS more than just a riding mower, however. I would venture that it has both front & rear PTOs, allowing the attachment of small-scale implements in addition to the mowing deck. If they chose to, B&W could turn a half-acre veggie garden no problem. The folks at Allis-Chalmers, John Deere, et al, are the ones who invented these things and dubbed them lawn & garden TRACTORS, expressly for the purpose of serving small-acreage needs.

And the tear in the seat adds character.

I think I first drove a "grown-up" tractor when I was 12 or 13, but then I was a city kid who only got to the farm for a couple weeks every summer.
